Power Marketing President Brian Flook Presents Seminars at the 2011 International Builders' Show
Hagerstown, MD — January 24, 2011 —Power Marketing, LLC is excited to announce that President Brian Flook recently attended and presented at the 2011 International Builders' Show (IBS) in Orlando, Fla. A National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) event, IBS convened at the Orange County Convention Center, one of the biggest convention centers in the country.
Held Jan. 12–15 this year, IBS is the housing industry's largest annual trade show and exhibition. As a leader in home builder marketing, Flook presented two seminars that focused on marketing strategies for builders. The first was titled "Making the Cut: How to Survive the Internet Elimination Game," and was centered on the idea that homebuyers today eliminate builders based on their Internet presence as much as their product. The seminar taught attendees how to engage prospects online, increase Internet leads, follow-up with them and — most of all — avoid being eliminated. Meredith Oliver of Oliver Communications and Jeff Shore of Jeff Shore Consulting were also on the panel.
The second seminar, "111 Marketing Ideas for 2011," featured four high-performing industry professionals, each representing a different area of expertise within the housing industry, and provided seminar attendees with 111 winning and applicable ideas for success in 2011. Other members of the panel were S. Robert August, Key Green and Bonnie Alfriend.
"The 2011 IBS event showcased a variety of innovative companies, with leaders from all facets of the building industry convening to share their knowledge and ideas," Flook said. "I was excited to be able to share my builder marketing services and strategies in two seminars this year and benefited from great networking opportunities, exhibits and presentations."
